Editorial Committee Regulations for the Journal of the International Network for Korean Language and Culture (INK)


Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Title)

This committee is called the editorial committee of the International Network for Korean Language and Culture (INK).


Article 2 (Ground for Establishment)

This committee shall be established in accordance with Article 14 of the General Regulations of the INK and operated independently of the executive committee.


Chapter 2 Configuration

Article 3 (Composition of Editorial Committee)

The editorial committee shall be composed as follows.
Chairperson (editor-in-chief): 1 person
Members: Comprised of 10 persons including the chairperson of the editorial committee.


Article 4 (Term of Editorial Chairperson and Members)

1. The term of the editor-in-chief shall be two years in principle.
2. The term of the members of the editorial committee shall be two years in principle.


Article 5 (Functions of the Editorial Committee)

1. The editorial committee shall deliberate and resolve all matters relating to the publication of the Journal of the INK.
2. The editorial committee is responsible for all matters related to the submission and review of the articles of the journal of the INK.


Chapter 3 Meetings

Article 6 (Calling of Meetings)

The editorial committee is convened by the editor-in-chief as necessary.


Article 7 (Criteria for Resolution)

The editorial committee shall vote with a majority of the members present.




Addendum

1. The article submission and reviewing requirements for the publication of the journal of the INK shall be provided separately.
2. The bylaws necessary for the enforcement of the regulations shall be determined by the editorial committee.
3. Any matters not provided for in the regulations shall be subject to custom.
4. The regulations shall come into effect on October 9, 2003.
5. This amendment shall be effective on June 1, 2008.
6. This amendment shall come into effect on January 1, 2014.
